The interview is mostly HR kind with a few technical questions thrown in. Some easy software technical questions could be asked.

In the year 1988, Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. and British Telecom plc. came together to form a joint venture called Mahindra British Telecom Ltd. (MBT). It started off by setting up a software development center for British Telecom in Mumbai. It recorded a revenue of US $ 54 million in the year 1999-2000.
